1. Eligibility

The Buannel Affiliated Program is open to individuals who are passionate about storytelling, have experience in the field, and wish to share our stories with their audience. To be eligible, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a Buannel account.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. How the Program Works

a. Subscription Requirement:

• To join our Affiliated Program, you must subscribe to one of our subscription plans, which include the Trial Plan, Monthly Plan, 3 Months Plan, or Annual Plan.

b. Promoting Buannel:

• As an affiliate, you will receive unique referral links and marketing materials that you can share with your audience.

c. Earnings:

• You will earn commissions on eligible subscriptions generated through your referral links. Commissions are subject to the terms specified in your affiliate agreement.

3. Code of Conduct

a. Ethical Promotion:

• Affiliates are expected to promote Buannel in an ethical and honest manner. You may not engage in deceptive marketing practices or misrepresent our platform.

b. Compliance:

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when promoting Buannel.

4. Commissions and Payments

a. Commissions:

• Commissions are calculated based on eligible subscription sign-ups generated through your referral links.

b. Payment Schedule:

• Commissions will be paid out according to the terms specified in your affiliate agreement.

5. Termination

a. Termination by Buannel:

• Buannel reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program for violation of these Terms or any unethical behavior.

b. Termination by Affiliate:

• Affiliates may choose to terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying Buannel in writing.

6. Changes to Terms and Program

Buannel reserves the right to update these Terms and the structure of the Affiliated Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes, and their continued participation in the program after such changes will signify their acceptance of the modified Terms.
